I love what I do and every year I upskill my knowledge and manual competence. A Physiotherapist has the brain of a scientist, the heart of a humanist and the hands of an artist.
In 2004 I graduated from the Academy of Sports Education with MSc in Physiotherapy and upon that point, I knew that there is more to learn. I enrolled on another 5 years postgraduate course which I completed with a Diploma in Osteopathic Medicine from the Sutherland School of Osteopathic Medicine. Initially, when I moved to the UK I worked in Sports Physiotherapy Clinic in London and in early 2009 settled in the Midlands where I became the owner and principal of Rushcliffe Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic in Ruddington.
During the first 8 years, I worked and developed the practice private side as well as being responsible for the Physiotherapy Department in Nottingham Trent University as a head physio. The variety of sports injuries and rehabilitation protocols gave me an opportunity to understand the process of recovery and the compensatory mechanic and made me even more curious about fascia and its influence on the human body.
In 2014 I started another journey with Anatomy Trains Structural Integration courses and in 2019 I graduated and became a certified ATSI practitioner in 12 series.
In Autumn 2019 I returned to my osteopathy roots and signed up with SomaTrainingUK which is a London based school run by renowned Canadian Osteopathy Guy Voyer DO.
In April 2021 I decided to take a step back from running a thriving business and sold Rushcliffe Physio allowing me to concentrate on starting my new project. In Autumn 2021 Physio Integration clinic was opened in Upper Broughton.
